Lunch Menu - all years
Parents should talk with their child and select meals for the week from the Menu and then complete the School Meal Selector. Please circle the appropriate choices.
There are currently 3 choices each day (available for all children) - Main meal (meat option), Vegetarian (Veggie)/Jacket Potato option and a grab bag.
The School Meal Selector is sent home each week (to Foundation, Year 1 and Year 2 parents), however it can also be downloaded clicking on the image below. This form should be returned to the office on the Friday. Children in Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 can choose their meals daily and inform the classteacher during morning registration.
Meals are free for all children in Foundation, Year 1 and Year 2. Otherwise meals cost £2.75 per day. Payment can be made online (using schoolmoney) or via the office (cash or cheques made payable to Hathern CE Primary School).

- Income Support
- income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance
- income-related Employment and Support Allowance
- support under Part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999
- the guaranteed element of Pension Credit
- Child Tax Credit (provided you’re not also entitled to Working Tax Credit and have an annual gross income of no more than £16,190)
- Working Tax Credit run-on - paid for 4 weeks after you stop qualifying for Working Tax Credit
- Universal Credit - if you apply on or after 1 April 2018 your household income must be less than £7,400 a year (after tax and not including any benefits you get)
