School Prayer

Our school prayer was written by the children in conjunction with our friends from St Peter and St Pauls' Church in the village (members of the Parochial Church Council). 

It is read at the end of whole school acts of collective worship and in classrooms at other times during the week. 

Prayers are also said before lunch and at the end of the day - the children confidently take turns in leading prayer before their class, and the whole school.

Prayer plays an integral part in our children's personal spiritual journey. During acts of collective worship they are encouraged to reflect on content and consider how they can take some of the values discussed and apply them in their own lives.
