Mia (Class 3) has been growing plants as part of her science lessons, making a marble run in Design& Technology and keeping fit too!Jack (Class 3) has been out exercising and keeping fit! He is now waiting for his Blue Peter Sports Badge, fantastic Jack you are a great role model for us all!

Pippa (Class 4) has decorated her origami fish that we made together on our class Zoom call. It looks great! Well done Pippa!
Amelia (Class 3) has used objects around the house to make her own boats for her Design and Technology project. Brilliant work Amelia!
Jack (Class 3) has been busy cooking lots of delicious food for his family such as carrot cake, tortellini, bread and sweetcorn and pea fritters. You are following our school's CARE code Jack. Brilliant, keep up the good work!
Mia (Class 3) has also been busy this week looking at the effects of the sun in Science lessons. She has designed an advert for a pair of sunglasses.

Emily (class 5) has been hard at work again. This week she has enjoyed building an Anderson air raid shelter and testing different sized parachutes. Super work Emily!
Isla (Class 5) has built a wonderful replica of an Anderson shelter. I love the mini sandbags! Fantastic!
Ollie (Class 3) has written a brilliant recount about a fishing trip. Great writing Ollie!
Josh (Class 4) has been enjoying our Volcanoes topic and, along with some help from his sister, has made his very own volcanic eruption! Well done!
Chloe (Class 3) has been working on making her own volcano with her brother Josh. A great Science experiment! Well done Chloe!
Ellie (Class 3) has been doing lots of activities during home schooling including Maths, reading, growing and a variety of crafty activities. Fantastic work Ellie!

Chloe (year 3) has been learning about the Science topic on 'Light and Dark' and she has drawn a poster to help us stay safe in the sunshine. Well done Chloe!
Hope (year 3) has also been learning about the Science topic on 'Light and Dark' and produced a poster telling us what she has learnt about the pros and cons of sunlight using a PowerPoint presentation. Great work Hope!

Dominik (Class 3) has been very busy doing a lot of activities whilst being at home.
Zeb (Year 4) and his mum took part in an online art class which involved using sticks to draw with and trying to draw by only looking in a mirror. Great job!
George in Class 1 has been really busy preparing for the V.E. Day celebrations including making his own re-enactment model. Hope you have had a great day George!
Patryk (Class 3) has been working very hard on a number of activities as well as keeping fit by playing football. Well done Patryk, keep up the great work!
Pippa (Class 4) has made a fantastic kite as part of the Class 4 DT project. Despite it not being a very windy day, with the help of her family she was still able to make her kite fly! Well done Pippa!
Jack Mac in Class 3 has been really busy with home learning. Here is a selection of activities that Jack has done. He has made shadow puppets in Science, made a Lego boat, and completed the STEM egg zip wire challenge and recycled coke cans into robots. Fantastic! Keep up the great work Jack!
Emily in Class 5 has been having 'mountains' of fun creating model mountains and mountain zentangles. She even labelled her toes with the mountain ranges in French! Mrs O'Neil was super impressed!
Michael in Class 2 had a great time making the Miles Canyon out of Lego as part of his Geography work this week! Well done Michael!

Logan (year 3) has been extremely busy, completing work on a variety of subjects. He has been busy undertaking practical Science activities, writing, completing maths activities and finding about his family history as part of VE day celebrations! Fantastic work Logan! Keep up the good work!
Amy (Class 3), Holly (Class 4) and their family have been finding lots of natural materials whilst on their daily walks together. They put these materials together to make a lovely bug hotel. Lucky bugs! Well done it's fantastic!

Hope in Class 3, has been going back to the Stone Age and finding natural products to dye materials. She used red onion and orange peel. You can see what happened as the fabric turned red at the bottom and yellow at the top. Great idea Hope. Well done!
Will M in Class 2 has been keeping busy with his home learning. He has made a super water slide for a Lego character, is regularly reading on Skype, comparing Hathern to a town in Australia and getting out on his bike!
