Good Morning Class 4,
I hope you are all having a good week so far. For our Zoom this week, I thought it would be great for us to bring jokes to share, as our theme for this week is all about helping other people to feel happy. So it would be great if you could either think of or look up a joke to share with the class on Thursday. Looking forward to seeing you there!

Hello Class 4!
I hope that you have had a great half term week and have managed to enjoy some of the lovely sunshine! You have been doing a brilliant job with your home learning so far and I know you will do just the same this half term. The way I upload home learning on here is going to change just slightly. Each week, I will put up a table, like the one below, to show Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday’s activities. Check out what is set for the day, then scroll down to find the links for each lesson. Thursday and Friday's activities will then be set on a Wednesday. This way, you can easily see what is to be done on each day and can see what is coming up next. I will continue to upload reading videos and just for fun activities too. These will be below the links for the lesson activities. I hope you have a lovely week and enjoy your home learning activities. Keep smiling! Mrs De Becker :) |

Exciting news! Just a reminder, or for those of you who haven't seen my previous message, we will be having a class Zoom meeting on Thursday afternoon. Information about this has been sent out from the office to parents, so keep your eyes peeled for all the details and how to access it.
Before the Zoom call, I would like you to have a think about one activity that you have done while you have been at home that you would recommend to others in Class 4 to try. We will have some time to share ideas during our session. We will also be having a little scavenger hunt and a chance to catch up. I hope that you can join in! |

Today, we are starting a brand new English unit, based around a short film. I am not going to tell you too much about the film as I want you to do the investigating for yourself! This week we are learning and doing some prediction, based around what we think the film will be about. Look at the slides, they will have the lesson content and the activity all there for you. I will upload any sound clips or video clips that are talked about in the slides directly on here so they are easy to access. |

Keeping Active Home Learning Project
Keeping active is a really important part of staying healthy. Sometimes it's hard to remember to keep active, especially when we are staying at home more! Being active can be as simple as putting some music on and having a dance, to going for a walk with your family. Throughout this week, have a go at some of these little activities to help keep active and track your activity. |
11.05.2020
Happy Monday Class 4!
I hope you all had a lovely bank holiday weekend and enjoyed some of the lovely weather we had! We have done so many home learning activities that our class home learning page was getting a little bit full! So to make things easier, all up to date work will be on here, just like usual, but if you want to access any of the activities from previous weeks, there is another page under the Class 4 tab which has all the older home learning activities saved. If you haven't seen it already, I posted a little video from me to check in with you all so I have reposted it below. Another very exciting piece of news is that on Thursday we will be hosting our very own class Zoom call. Details of this will be sent out from the school office and it would be fantastic if you could all get involved! Don't forget I am always an email away! From Mrs De Becker :) |
